French Bulldog passes away minutes after owner dies

Coincidence or faith? We may never know. One thing we do know is that Nero; a very loyal Frenchie was with his owner until the very last breath. Stuart Hutchinson of Alloa, Scotland battled brain cancer for eight years.

Stuart was diagnosed with brain cancer in July 2011. He was declared cancer-free following chemotherapy, radiation treatments and two invasive surgeries. In 2014 doctors discovered a cancerous tumor on his neck.

The neck tumor was surgically removed, however, the cancer returned at the end of 2018. In January 2019 Stuart married his childhood sweetheart.

Throughout his health issues, his Frenchie Nero was always by his side. On August 11, Stuart lost the battle against cancer, fifteen minutes later his beloved pet Nero passed away too from an unknown illness.

The family estimates that the beloved French Bulldog Nero passed away ten to 15 minutes after Hutchinson. They were buried together at a local cemetery.

They’ve been fighting together (a lovely story of their battle). Heartbroken… wish things were otherwise… they love each other so much.. thats all that matters…

Oh my goodness how heartbreaking. I do believe this was not by accident and that sweet Nero has an eternal bond with Stuart. May they be with God and the angels now forever~💜✨🙏🏻
